Terms and Conditions

We are doing our best to photograph and show my artworks so they look as close to the reality as possible, but different things can do that there can be a difference. We always aim for you not to be disappointed, when you receive your artwork, hopefully the opposite. The pencil drawings are the most difficult to show as they really are, as the pencil strokes photographed so easily comes up darker than in reality, a pencil gives a softer, grey tone than e.g. charcoal which comes up as they are, black and bold. If you need additional photos just give us a shout.

My paintings will not generally be framed, but if so, it will be mentioned under the painting. Drawings and pastels will be in a mount - if nothing else is mentioned under the artwork

Delivery

Within reasonable distance we offer to deliver bigger paintings personally and will arrange a delivery day with you. If not personal delivery, we will send as soon as possible with post or another carrier, depending on size and so on  We should be able to send your artwork shortly after having received your payment. If any delay for some reason, we will let you know immediately.

Shipping Cost

Within  Denmark the shipping is included in the price. For all other countries contact us before buying.

Return Policy

You have to return the item within seven working days from receiving date. You are to return the Artwork in excellent condition and in the package it came in and use same shipping arrangement with which you received the artwork and the return shipping cost is on you. Delivered personally there will be a charge kr 2,- per Km at collection. When you buy Artwork from this website you agree to this Policy.
